Andrew Wessler and the staff at BRE law are very helpful and courteous. They answer all questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Nrupa is truly the best there is! She was great with my OP/custody/divorce case. She was amazing in court with her knowledge and research. She and her assistant Brandy were very good about answering all of my questions and helping me through the process. Most importantly, she made me feel confident she would keep my son safe. Just started off with BRE for a business law case. I could not be happier with my choice! I highly recommend mckensie meadows!

I am very unhappy with my choice an attorney at Bolen Robinson & Ellis (Nurpa). After a year of family court she only got me 4 hours every 2 weeks with my 1 and only daughter, for supervised visits. I had no criminal history, I work full time, all my bills are paid the only time I've been in trouble with the law period is an OP my X wife got granted all because I step inside the house in our last encounter witch was a verbal argument. All in all you wouldn't think it would be a very hard case for me to get more time with my daughter, being a normal law abiding taxpayer. Nurpa was on vacation more times then most people I have met, it takes days if not a week or more for her to get back sometimes and most of the time she won't even get back with me directly she has her assistant Brandy, who has way more manners than her, get back with me. Whenever I would express my feelings on the situation she would always tell me I'm complaining or blaming something on somebody. And when she finally got me the 4 hours of visitation every 2 weeks my ex-wife only brought her to the first few visits and then refuse to bring her since I haven't seen her in months now and nothing has been done and I thought a lawyer was supposed to fight for me. During my family battle I got violation of order of protection because my ex-wife lives in my neighborhood because I helped her get a house here when we were together so if I get caught going in the wrong place in my neighborhood I got in trouble . I also got violated one time on a visit for asking if she was going to throw away a gift I had got for my daughter because my daughter had thrown away a previous gift and apparently that was violating the order of protection, I had an Nurpa modify the order of protection so we could have contact which she did but apparently she only made it for text message which wasn't made clear to me so I got another violation there. I am going to court for it now and the state's attorneys first offer was 30 days in jail at 50% with a year probation and Nurpa said she was going to get me a better deal and then 3 days before trial informs me that she isn't able to get a better deal whenever I have no priors or anything. So I did let her go today I would not recommend anybody who wants somebody who's truly going to fight for quality time with their kids and their freedom to use Bre Law if this is the type of attorneys they have. Waste of 5500$ so far and what's left to pay plus the time I've wasted on this attorney while my daughter only gets older

I can’t thank BRE Law enough. Mr. Wessler and Ms. Lisa guided me through the toughest phase of my life with unmatched care and professionalism. Started off good then went down hill. Process for divorce that took 2.5 years. Bre office lawyer had no drive and everything I asked for she said I couldn’t ask for it. She said I had no right to a home that was in my wife’s name even though I paid all utilities and 3 Add one to the house. She sat on all the information I sent but opposing lawyer was sending requests all the time. I asked multiple time for her to be aggressive and no response. My X made $2500 more a month but she told me that didn’t matter. When I challenged her she said if I wasn’t happy with her maybe I should fire her and get a new lawyer. At that time I was over 10k into BRE Law office. I worked out a deal with my X and called her office. Told them what we agreed on and that everything else would be dropped. Long story short everything they sent got dropped except a 10k+ equalization clause. So when I said EVERYTHING that should have been that also. With having absolutely no confidence in her as my lawyer to fight for the 10k I called and took the deal the X offered. So I’m my opinion I paid over 12k for someone to do my legal paperwork and then didn’t understand I guess that everything means everything !! SHE IS DEFINITELY NOT A DIVORCE LAWYER!! So BRE LAW was the big winner for getting the most $$ for the least representation of a client!!!

Not happy with their aervice

Highly recommend Nrupa Patel. I hired her for my custody case. She was very responsive and navigated a difficult case. The case was settled with the outcome we wanted.
