I was looking for help with my credit card debit. And bond& botes popped up. I talked with an attorney Mr.Weinker and he was very nice and help me in one day. So I had to do a follow up and Mrs. Brianna I tell ya God sent me an angel. She is soo sweet.She walked me thru the process,and any questions I had she would answer them without any attitude and that's a biggie for my customer service. She has a pleasant attitude and she has been on this journey all the way to the end. Thxs Mrs. Brianna and the Bond&Botes family.

Would not recommend. Was referred by another attorney. Chatted with their people on the website, appointment was set up, took off work. No show from the attorney. Then was told the attorney supposedly did call even though I have no record in my calls. No reply to follow-up queries. This is not the way to treat people but from your other reviews seems like a pattern. At least tell me I don’t have a case and you can’t help me but don’t waste my time, ghost me, and blow me off.

Attorney Shinn really is great. She really has compassion for people, and situations. I also love that she’s a God-fearing woman. I appreciate her going out her way, to make me feel valued and understood.

I highly recommend their services to anyone. They will do their best to help.
