They Never returned my email.

I used this firm back in August to handle a real estate transaction which went fine. I decided to use them again and reached out to see if they were interested in handling the sale of my land, which Bryan Boukari replied yes. I sent him all of the pertinent information necessary to draft an agreement. Bryan responded “tying up some loose ends on litigation right now, but will get a contract put together”. After not hearing anything after a day and half I emailed him “ how are we doing need to tell my buyer something”? No Response. I was very concerned about loosing my buyer because he didn’t understand why I couldn’t come up with a simple agreement. Bryan disappeared and has totally ignored my emails which is totally disrespectful and unprofessional. If he was to busy or for whatever reason didn’t want to handle it, all he had to do was say so. That would have provided me the opportunity to move on to another firm which I have done. Unfortunately I lost 3 days and are now approaching the holidays which everyone will be closed. For the record, the reason I always emailed him is because he does not accept phone calls to his office and demands email correspondences which his answering machine states. This should have been a red flag for me in the beginning. My recommendation, take your business where it’s wanted and appreciated but not there!
