The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I've spoken to her several times and I think she hates me but I don't know why. I've never met her. She's so mean.

They're handling my grandmother's estate and the lawyers themselves are great. Their secretary/receptionist, whoever she is though, is incredibly rude. At first I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. But every time I call, she's super short, has terrible manners, zero phone etiquette, and is incredibly unhelpful. She has even hung up on me while I was mid sentence. I dread having to deal with her. She is very unprofessional. I will definitely never use them for my own estate or recommend them to anyone just to avoid this negative woman.

Mr. Nix has assisted with all aspects of my brother's guardianship case and has provided very valuable information in this regard. Many people take it upon themselves to file for guardianship, etc. without representation, but I think it is wise to hire someone that can put their expertise and knowledge to work in guiding you through the somewhat complicated legal system. You don't know what you don't know, and you will not want to be on the wrong side of it. Laws change over time and every court seems to have their own way of wanting things handled. Mr. Nix stays up-to-date with the latest updates and provides sound advice. He pricing is also reasonable for the service he provides. He has assisted my family tremendously. Thank you!
