Even though this firm doesn’t handle my type of case, I just wanted to speak on the professionalism and care that this group took with me in such a brief interaction. The woman who answered the phone that was doing intake was absolutely obnoxious. She kept interrupting me, was rude, disrespectful, not very knowledgeable and completely turned me off. She wouldn’t give me her name after I told her I didn’t like how she was communicating with me. She hung up on me when I asked a few questions she didn’t want to answer. One of the questions was asking her for her name. I have never spoken to any Law Firm let alone any reputable business with a person this ridiculous as first point of contact. I wouldn’t do business nor male an appointment with their Attorneys for a 30 minute consultation based on how horrible the lady was who took my info. Save yourself some time and skip right past this nasty behavior from a Law Firm and call the next. I wouldn’t use them now bother as they come across as con artists.

Very disappointed with this service. I had called a month previously to set-up an appointment as a Texas Legal member for prenuptial contracts. I was rescheduled three times only to be told that the service is no longer offered through Texas Legal. I would highly encourage that the firm updates their services on the website so that I wouldn't be wasting my time to be rescheduled and waiting for an appointment that was never going to happen.

The lady that handles the intake of new clients was extremely rude. She was very argumentative. I was confused because I call for assistance but the lady would constantly interrupt me to the point I couldn’t finish a single sentence. She hung up on me in the middle of explaining my situation. The interaction with her was unprofessional and a bad look on the firm.

Darian Berryman was incredibly helpful when I was in need of some advice. She helped answer some questions and facilitate a meeting with an attorney that helped us feel more confident in making our decision with a family issue. Thank you all very much! We will be back for sure!

I called for a consultation on changing my name. They emailed a packet and gave instructions on what to do and where to file. In less than a month, I had my new name. Super helpful! Highly recommended!
