Jacob was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, he went above and beyond for us, getting everything required to finalize our case in a timely manner. Jacob is always quick to respond to questions and gives the best explanation of the law pertaining to our case. Yes, they hold a retainer and you pay the monthly bill for services rendered, the retainer was promptly returned to us when final bill was paid. Thank you Bristol George and Jacob!
