Let me begin by saying that we do not write reviews. We understand their impact on a business and typically choose to stay out of the game. This being said, Brooks injury law (referred by another law firm) took what seemed to be an insufferable gap in our legal system, (our son suffered a terrible hit and run) and the weight it all brings to a hard working family, off of our shoulders. They achieved the impossible for our son. While we understand that this may not be the result for everyone, trusting them was the very best choice we could have made for our family. I cannot speak highly enough about Morgyn, Anna, and the team at Brooks Law Partners. After my family was hit by a drunk driver in a hit-and-run accident while I was pregnant, I found myself navigating a stressful situation that could have been completely overwhelming. Morgyn and Anna took the burden of the accident from me and my family and gave us a sense of calm and confidence in knowing they were handling our case with care. They were incredibly responsive, patient with my questions, and proactive at every step. They kept me informed and advocated on my behalf so that I could focus on my family and protecting my pregnancy. Truly so grateful for them and the work they did for our case.

I am crying leaving this review! I was hit by a Yukon and was told by MY previous attorney I was at fault and my case would go down hill. No communication for months and then being told I was at fault was horrible. Luckily I found Morgyn and Lauren who were so trans parent and kept me updated the entire time. Within months she was able to get this case done and behind me! I truly believe she is making a difference and she truly cares not only about the case but about YOU! MORGYYYYYYYYYYYN 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤. Morgyn Graber is my go to. I will always call on her in time of an accident. Let me highlight what's most important about Morgyn being an attorney on the case. After being terrified and confused after my accident on woukd be my attorney, I found out Morgyn didn't move out of state as I had thought 😅, so I IMMEDIATELY called her up to find out how to drop my "big name brand" law company, while had not contacted me at all in 2 months after my accident. Morgyn let me know that after she pulled my accident report and got all the signed documents, that she would give me a call back. She called me soon as the documents were received and got on it. She asked me questions about the accident of course. She asked me how I was feeling before the accident, during and after. She asked about my physical and emotional well-being. Morgyn asked me to keep a journal of the chiropractic care and time off work to recover that she suggested, because I definitely needed it. Over a FEW calls and emails Morgyn noticed my stalled speech, difficulty finding words and horrible miss-spellings in my emails. She called and asked me about how my memory was daily, how my regular daily routines were effected and my not so regular, such as cooking meals, but not ones I do weekly. I let her know how it was difficult to even figure out how to get grits into boiling water or follow the directions on the TV dinner box. Morgyn called me a day later and told me she called a neurologist to schedule appointments for me, because of her concerned for how much of a decline I was having that I hadn't even noticed myself as something that i should have been concerned about, but she noticed and knew what to ask and got me the help I needed. She made sure I got reminders for my appointments because I was forgetting EVERYTHING. I never went 1 week, without a form of communication from Morgyn. I threw a number out to Morgyn on settlement and she explained reality and expectations to me for law and settlements and still got me WAY more than I expected. Because of Morgyn, I can afford my Magnesium glycinate and L-theanine to support my brain health and help me focus and be able to drive and talk to my kids again. I can also afford to take time off of work that I need to finish my healing physically and mentally and start the high yields savings for my kids. I refer Morgyn to all my client's and friend's. Morgyn I caught the holy ghost this morning over the settlement you got me. I really wasn't expecting them to come up so much. Thank you for busting your chops for me. After having a crappy lawyer I found Morgyn. She’s amazing and I would recommend her and her team to everyone. If I ever need a lawyer again she will be the one I go immediately. They get stuff done even when the previous lawyer messed everything up. They are very kind and keep in touch and they don’t mind answering all the questions you have even if it’s kinda late at night.
