They are competent and moved with great speed through our closing on a new beach home.

Absolutely laughable follow ups/return calls. I am a previous client for a closing - they were great back in 2012. I now have a simple question and wanted to hopefully retain the firm again but have not been able to get any assistance. I am officially finished trying.

My parents own half of a duplex in which Burke and Blue neglected to protect, maintain, repair, or pay property taxes on the other side of while they were administering the estate. They were Responsible for the property at the time of hurricane Michael and did nothing to repair damage after the storm other than place one tarp on the roof. After that, they stopped excepting our phone calls regarding the property. They are responsible for fiduciary Negligence however my parents and I are able to do nothing about it because they did not have a responsibility to us. The responsibility was to the heirs who inherited the estate. Now my parents and I are going to lose your home when it is condemned because we have been unable to contact all of the other owners to ask them make repairs to the property.

Jenny and Jessica were both very responsive to our calls and questions. Jenny went above and beyond to assure our home was secure and safe. It is sometimes difficult to work long distance, not knowing for sure what is happening. Jenny was available and she kept me abreast of everything happening. I would definitely seek their assistance again and would highly recommend this firm to anyone.
