What the hell gives you the right to send me solicitations in the mail with an envelope broadcasting SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION for everyone to see. I am not at risk of ANY of these claims and yet now I have to field the questions and embarrassment of anyone who's seen it. I will NEVER use or recommend your services based on this most basic disregard of discretion and privacy.

When I was looking for a law firm to use, I got a letter in the mail stating they would allow me a free consultation to discuss my case and discount if I went forward with them with the letter that I received. I met with paralegal William Goss who took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. He explained the process that would happen in simple terms for me to go forward with my case including the necessary payment plan that allowed me to send monthly payments that Denae kindly assisted me on in their payment processing department. I am glad that I went with Burrow Associates since I was able to meet in person to get the paperwork done in a much easier fashion than trying to do at home by phone that some other law firms would only offer. Everything that I needed was done in a professional courteous way that took lot of stress off my hands. Also, my attorney Michael Burrow was able to make sure that my legal case would go smoothly in court which is exactly what happened. They even notified me of what classes I was required to take and when I needed to complete them. I highly recommend using this law firm if you want your case done in a concise and properly handled timely manner.

I have to give this review, but something needs to be said about it and it may help someone decide if they would like to take a chance. This law office doesn’t not return phone calls or emails pertaining to your case. I think that is very unprofessional, especially after you’ve been paid to provide a service. I have given them EVERYTHING asked of me with a less than 24 hour turnaround and it has now been over a week and the most they’ve done is pulled my credit. But I’ve called and left voicemails and emails with no response. I thought I made it clear my particular situation and they have not acted. William Goss is never available and doesn’t answer emails or phone calls. I understand you probably can’t call me, but I begged that man to email me. We are now at the end of the work week and he said he was going to reach out to me to schedule a time to meet in Kennesaw and I have not heard from him. Got the supervisor involved named Angelique Weaver and I don’t feel like she’s on my side at all. I’m extremely close to going elsewhere, but talk about all my time wasted. When you’re seeking help and you made an effort to do things timely, as time progresses with no action, things just get worse and worse. My stress is at an all time high right now and regret with the law office I chose is settling in.
