After going through two other lawyers who were no good, I found Ryan and he was amazing! He was very attentive, easy to reach, a good listener and good counselor, and just a great person that you can trust. I’m a small business owner and I’m glad I have Ryan as my lawyer. I know he has my best interest at hand, is very honest and forthcoming. 100% recommend him and his practice.

Recently the firm helped us through a shareholder dispute in which we were completely satisfied with the results.
