A friend referred by to Byrd and Barnhill and Mr Byrd immidiately referred me to an attorney who more closely matched my needs. Mr Johnnie Byrd was very friendly and offered to assist me if his first referral could not help me.
Johnnie Byrd helped me navigate the duties of a TRUSTEE after my friend passed, from start to finish. Johnnie is personable, thorough and knowledgeable.
I lost my son unexpectedly in February. He was a young man without a will. I had no clue how to navigate through probate. Johnnie was kind, helpful and caring during this difficult time. He took care of everything for me and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Byrd was very thorough and patient with all my questions about a Trust. He guided me through every step of the way. He explained everything to me and everything went just as he said it would. I have confidence and peace of mind now that all of my final affairs are in order.

Called for a consultation regarding a family law matter, upon stating the issue at hand Mr. Byrd cut me off to say he doesn’t deal with these issues while telling me he doesn’t have time to guide me in the right direction regarding my family law matter. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Especially for boasting about their ability to help and how family friendly/oriented. Seems like they didn’t want to deal with the in depth case and brushed me away. Do not recommend them.

I called in with some probate questions, and Mr. Johnny Byrd was so kind to me and spoke with me for a few minutes and gave me my best options. Unfortunately those options wouldn’t have me hiring him at this time, despite that he still spoke with me. Would sincerely recommend 100%
