Dan Tripathi Palmdale/Lancaster When I first called Cal-Lawyer Doug was able to communicate to me clearly about what needed to be done for my case. I had a messy case with multiple charges Dan presented the best deal and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Alleviated much anxiety, and took care of everything. An attorney from this firm with the last name of Tripathi, did not do his best to represent me during oral arguments for an appeal of my traffic matter in the Bakersfield Superior Court System, he displayed lack of energy and incompetency during the process. One of his assistants called me four hours before oral arguments began to let me know of an extra charge of $800 in order for Mr. Tripathi to show up in court, fees not disclosed in the retainer agreement.

Well, i had this person on one of my properties (15 acres of land in Deluz ) and they were trying to steal the land with squatters rights . I called CALL- LAWYER and they handled every thing . I went to court and my attorny said it will be over in a minute , AND IT WAS ! He shook my hand and said now you can relax Mr Whitehaed ! They treated me like i was the president of the U.S. LOL ! Later i got a congrats call and and he said now you can relax ! Now that's service ! Oh and did i mention it was one of the lawyers birthday ?(I think it was Tripathi ) , but they all stayed to help me get it done late into the night ,I consider those guys friends ..
