From the day I contacted Carabin Shaw, a couple of days after my car accident (total loss), they immediately accepted my case. Soon after, I received phone calls from medical offices to schedule medical treatment and transportation was provided as well, as I had no vehicle and was hurt. Carabin Shaw's office maintained consistent communication with me and following up with my care and my case; this is in the course of several months. There is true professionalism, respect and care for their clients as people and not a case number. I have never regretted choosing Carabin Shaw. I recommend them at 100%.
