I am a retired personal injury lawyer and a retired Judge from New York. During my 40 years of practicing law; I have been involved with or presided over thousands of personal injury cases. As you can imagine; I had many choices available to me (in selecting a lawyer) when I was I struck by another vehicle while walking in a parking lot. As a result of the offending driver’s negligence: I was seriously injured and required spinal surgery.
