While we ultimately didn’t move forward with Carson Law Group, I felt like I needed to leave a review because of our experience. After reviewing our situation, Holly was honest in telling us that she didn’t believe we had a case. That kind of integrity is incredibly valuable and deserves recognition.
It would have been easy to take our money and move forward anyway, but instead she chose to be straightforward and transparent. Out of six attorneys we contacted, Carson Law Group was the only one who took the time to respond and let us know we didn’t have a case. We truly appreciated the honesty and the time they gave us. It’s reassuring to know there are still good, ethical professionals out there.
Frank gave an extensive consultation. He ended up resolving my tenant issue question and gave recommendations without needing to proceed further. I would go with Frank in the future if/when needed.
Holly did a fantastic job handling my mom’s estate. There were many moving parts, and surprisingly, I had a hard time finding an attorney who could take this on. After nearly four months of searching and speaking with multiple lawyers, I finally found Holly and I’m grateful I did.
From start to finish, Holly did exceptional work and continues to help me navigate follow-up questions related to my mom’s estate. I’ve known many attorneys over the years, including those recognized on “top lawyer” and national lists. Holly is that caliber of lawyer.
She is personable, patient, thoughtful, and extremely competent. Having been in my own profession for over twenty-five years, I know how to recognize excellence and Holly is truly excellent at what she does. She is also humble and genuinely desires to help people.
If you are looking for a first-rate estate attorney, look no further than Holly Shannon. You will be well-represented, well-cared for, and glad you chose her.

While searching for an attorney for a squatter issue, Frank returned my call right away. He was very kind and spoke with me regarding the issue for quite some time. Unfortunately we didn't get to work together but he would be first on my list to call when an attorney is needed. He has a great voice too.
Lawsuits are rarely pleasant, especially when you're on the receiving end. That was my reality for a while, facing off against Carson Law Group PLLC. It felt like an uphill battle against the world. However, I'm leaving this 5-star review because of my positive interactions with the lawyer Francis the friendly receptionist and some other nice lawyer guy (ill explain below) anyways, despite the stress of the situation, I always felt respected. Whether dropping off documents, attending court, or speaking on the phone, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. Francis was focused on the case, but I never felt belittled or dismissed.
One Friday evening, I realized I'd left my phone in the office after dropping off paperwork. It was the weekend, and I panicked. I rushed back to the office, hoping someone was still there. (🤫all laws being obeyed of course 🫣 lol)
The lights were off, but I saw a car backing out. I took a chance, running up to the window and (probably looking like a frantic freak) asking if he could check for my phone.
He patiently parked, escorted me inside, and helped me search. When we couldn't find it, he walked me back to my car, where I realized it was sitting on my seat! Mortified, I thanked him profusely, and he simply smiled and wished me a good weekend. (I Assumed another Lawyer in the office; I've never met him prior but he wore a suit and HELD THE KEYS to get in)
Who does that? Most people, especially in an adversarial situation, would have been less accommodating. But everyone at Carson Law Group, PLLC consistently demonstrated genuine kindness and professionalism.
I know if I ever need legal representation, Francis will be my first call.
Holly and Frank are smart, sharp, hard-working and calculated. They won't waste your time and money -- they focus on what's important and keep your case moving forward. We can't reccomend Carson Law highly enough -- they are absolute bosses (and also relatable, approachable humans). Fantastic to work with.
I am one of the partners of Carson Law Group, PLLC. I write in response to the comment made by "Leslie Thomas" below. After a review of our files, I can confirm that this individual was never a client or prospective client of our firm. As is sometimes the case, parties on the opposite side of a legal matter will be frustrated with the effective work performed by us on behalf of our clients. We believe "Cherie R" to be such a person, but he or she is electing to use a false identity to avoid accountability for his or her statements. Accordingly, on behalf of my team here at Carson Law Group, PLLC, I respectfully request that his or her comment be disregarded. Should you be in need of competent and cost-effective legal services, please do not hesitate to contact us.
I have always received prompt responses to inquiries, knowledgeable advice and helpful recommendations. I appreciate the attorney's attention to detail and vast experience.
All of the negative reviews appeared the day after a contentious court hearing with a pro se defendant. While we appreciate the opportunity to respond to negative reviews, that task is impossible when the poster is anonymous. None of the posts appear to have come from clients. All of the posts appear to have been made simply to cause harm to our business. So we have decided to post this and request that the posts be removed. If the posts are not removed then we intend to seeking the identity of the individuals who posted the reviews. If they are in fact clients, then we will work with our clients to correct any errors we have made. If they are not clients then we will consider other appropriate courses of action.
