I definitely do not recommend it at all. There is no communication between them. They leave you on seen in emails or WhatsApp messages. They are not with you, they are against you. They do nothing to benefit you as a client. I do not recommend it. I hired them and I had to fire them. They did not handle my case in my favor. Aside from that, the secretary is very rude. She gets angry because she is the only one who handles the calls.
