Before Hiring Jennifer Castro I feel compelled to share my experiences with Jennifer to warn others who may be considering her services. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I urge prospective clients to think twice before hiring her. From the outset, I encountered significant communication issues. Jennifer Castro consistently failed to respond to my emails, voicemails, and text messages. This lack of communication not only left me feeling ignored but also created unnecessary stress during what was already a challenging time. A lawyer’s responsiveness is crucial in any legal matter, and her inability to engage left me questioning her commitment to my case. Over the course of three years, I grew increasingly frustrated with her handling of our situation. It became apparent that not only was she unresponsive, but also that she lacked the necessary competence to manage our case effectively. Critical deadlines were missed, and information was often mishandled, ultimately putting my husband in a worse situation than before we hired her. I believe that a lawyer should advocate for their clients and work tirelessly to protect their interests—qualities that Jennifer Castro unfortunately does not possess. Moreover, I found her work ethic to be deeply concerning. Dropping the ball repeatedly on important tasks demonstrated a level of negligence that is unacceptable in the legal profession. I expected a professional who would prioritize my case and show genuine dedication to achieving the best outcomes possible. It is with a heavy heart that I conclude my review with a stern warning: I strongly advise anyone considering Jennifer to seek legal representation elsewhere. The prolonged frustration, lack of communication, and overall incompetence I experienced were more than I could bear, and I am certain that others deserve better. In summary, I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for anyone looking for a lawyer. A competent, responsive, and dedicated attorney is essential for navigating legal challenges, and sadly, I did not find that in Jennifer Castro

Used twice and both times she went above and beyond.

There really is not enough space on here for me to write everything to tell how amazing and GREAT Jennifer is. She is the absolute best lawyer, not just because she helped get me out of a couple of negatives in my life but because she keeps in contact with you and checks on you throughout the case and after. She really makes you feel important and makes you feel like FAMILY. She gives an you an overall feeling of comfort and does NOT leaving you wondering or feeling like she just wants your money or is just wasting your time . I absolutely love everything about Jennifer Castro and how she really GETS THINGS DONE .

Good lawyer but sometimes hard to get called back. Left messages every day for over a week before getting a call back

I had a court date and she did not come to the hearing or advise me to appear in court. We signed a contract and she did not do everything she said she was going to do in the contract for my divorce she does not answer my phone calls are text messages. She took my money and know I am looking for a new Lawyer while here in the Athens circuit court house!!!!
