To be very honest it wasn't a good experience for either my wife or myself. We were clients for about 3 years and nobody helped me feel like they were taking care of us and this important case. Nobody ever phoned us and after 6 months several different times I would call to see what the office has done so far but nobody would take the call in real time and usually didn't call back at all and I found out why because they weren't working it at all. Nothing ever changed I know this because of the chronic pain from the injury we both know this case was valuable and would prove it we expressed this and were lead to believe that attorneys would file something for court on our behalf but nobody did after 2 and a half years we believed based on the lack of attention that attorneys were lieing to us and weren't acting on our behalf and we decided that the truth would be revealed if we told the office to finally settle the case and then we could find different help once and for all but instead to our surprise attorneys had an offer for us but nothing had changed from the offers that we felt left us without a way to get the care we both need today. Understand nothing was happening for us and no phone calls were making us feel like it wasn't important for you to do a good job so what else could we do? We would have waited 5 years for a better outcome and we expressed this many times. Either we aren't important enough or our injuries aren't serious enough but nobody would communicate with us. We would have been your best clients ever because we didn't need money and only wanted to feel better and made whole again and would understand anything that you said and done anything you recommend but nothing at all . Well we both have chronic pain as result of this matter and the doctors should tell you that, but to be fair with you please please tell me call me or email us please tell us what could we have done to help you in any way or tell us that precedent has already decided the outcome is always the same even for real injuries from real people. Just take a minute to help us understand what was really happening from your perspective . That is fair we hired you to help us and advised you that real injuries weren't fixing themselves this time and we have time to get results. We deserve to hear what was the real problem with the case? We deserve the truth about what work did you do for this case and perhaps I will be ashamed and ask your forgiveness and come to ask you about another serious matter deserving of more alot more.
