These people have been great and patient with me. I recommend them highly overall to anybody they have my slipping fall case also that they’re working on. Hello, I was in a car accident where I was rear ended at a red light last March and not sure what to do. I did have an injury to my lower and upper spine and sought doctors care. I never had an attorney before for a car accident, but I knew I was gonna need to have someone in my corner For guidance to ensure that I was taken care of, both physically, mentally, and my car repaired. I was referred to Chanfrau and Chanfrau, From the moment I walked through the door, the staff were very outgoing and polite. I met with attorney Greg Olsen, and the senior assistant Roxie Courson. They took the time to listen to my story and guided me through what the steps were and answered all my questions. Once we agreed that they were gonna take my case, they took control of taking care of my insurance company the other person‘s insurance company the doctors all the bills and everything else was handled through them. Throughout the whole journey, Roxie went above and beyond to stay in contact with me and keep me updated and answered other questions that arose. When all was said and done in the end, Roxie went as far to fight with the doctors offices to get the bills reduced, and actually managed to get me a settlement of more than what I even came close to expect.
