BEWARE, they will take all your retainer. Terrible experience with this law firm. Paid them 3500 for a retainer and told should take a few hours of work at 500/hour. After 3 weeks, lawyer said they were waiting to get paid, reminded them that I did pay them weeks ago. I was told the work would be done in one week, 2 weeks later still waiting. Once the work was done, not shocking they charged me exactly my retainer-7 hours worth of work. After telling me it would be 2-3 hours, they magically had the exact hours billed 3 weeks after they completed the work. No invoice as sent at the time, it was only after calling for 2 weeks strainght the accountant Paul notifies me that the lawyer Juan C Santos just happened to use all the money, to the tee. Interesting how you pay them and then the invoice equals the retainer. Very sketchy.
