Mr. Goetsch is quiet knowledgeable in this very special field of Transportation in both the Rail Road and Public Transit areas. Mr. Goetsch is a seasoned attorney with a high integrity for the law. I would recommend Charlie Goetsch to anybody seeking help with an FRSA "Whistleblower" issue. He follows through and knows the laws and precedents inside and out.
Attorney Geotsch is excellent at what he does. He is extremely knowledgeable with the laws as they pertain to railroads. When it comes to his clients he is concerned for their well being and fights hard for their rights. You won't find a better Attorney to represent you against a railroad.
