Chris was so easy to work with. Great communication. He walked us through the process and gave us realistic expectations. It was a wonderful experience working with him and I highly recommend him!
I was in my first car accident in June 2023, it was recommended i see an attorney to handle my injuries-someone I trusted very much recommended Chris Jones. If you’re looking for an honest, driven, diligent, organized, punctual- and all around positive uplifting good human, Chris jones is your guy! Accidents and injury can be frustrating, scary, and confusing- but Chris helped make my experience smooth & encouraging. Chris was very easy to get a hold of, and was always punctual about returning my calls, scheduling meetings, and always taking the time to explain to me and answer any questions i had regarding my case. He kept me updated through the entire process, which is something any client should have often! I never felt like a burden to him! Healing is essential after any injury, I truly felt like i could focus on my healing while Chris handled my case representing me. I was able to get the care i needed, focus on my faith and healing- while Chris encouraged & ensured me that he had everything handled. Running long distances and marathons has always been a passion of mine, and I was scared i wouldn’t be able to run again after my injury. this past weekend (a year after my accident) i was able to run distance again with my healed body! I truly believe God puts people in your life and guides you to the helpers of who you need during crisis- and I’m thankful Chris was part of my team!
Chris Jones was excellent in communicating with me on updates of my case right away. When Chris heard any news, he called me right away to update me. Chris Jones went the extra mile to make sure I was treated fairly by the company I was suing. Any questions I had, he answered and explained things to me when I was confused. He fought for what was right. Hopefully I don’t have to hire Chris Jones again, however if I was injured again by the negligence of anyone’s hands, Chris Jones is who I would go to. When I was injured at a department store, I didn’t know who to call, so I looked up injury Attorneys in my area and found Chris Jones was a 5 star rated Attorney and his reviews were awesome. Attitude: Chris expressed that he is currently very busy, and it was painfully apparent in our conversation. At least he was polite about it, I suppose. I can't speak to his services. I'm sure he's great, just busy.
