Mr. Obrien did a fantastic job on my dui case. I would say that it is not about what you know but how you present it. Mr. Obrien has a soft but firm approach with the prosecutors which to me makes all the difference. He gets his point across and argues his case but in a way that is agreeable. I always argue my point with the wrong tone and that's why I get arrested 😆! Got my case completely dismissed! Thanks again Mr. Obrien!

Caught a dui, Mr Obrien got me 6 months probation. Violated in less than 30 days and turned myself in, I’m the first person i have heard of getting out a jail in 2 days without seeing a judge on a violation of probation!!! Top lawyer in Fort Myers!! HI, I NEEDED HELP WITH A DUI ARREST AND CHRISTOPHER GOT THE CASE DROPPED QUICKLY !

I needed help with a DUI two of them to be honest. I was going through a rough period in life with a divorce and custody battle, Almost lost my career my CDL and everything involved. Christopher took my case on both of them got me out of jail in a few days by moving my court date up he got one of the best resolutions I could ever hope for. I was willing to take a little bit more of a punishment if it meant keeping my career and he worked it out that that's exactly what I got I am currently a month away from ending the probation still have my career.
