Dan got us a good result, was responsive, clear and concise along the way and went above and beyond. I would recommend him to a friend without hesitation.
I called Dan on a construction related issue. I had a client which was not following contract guidelines. I asked Dan to help me in filing a mechanics lien on two different properties. He did a great job explaining the process, and getting the liens filed. I would recommend him to any of my colleagues.
I’ve used Dan for company formations as well as Probate matters and have found him highly efficient and conscientious on all occasions. He is my ‘go to’ guy in Laguna Beach for all my legal matters and highly recommend. Drew Tee- Laguna Beach
