I filled out the appeal and got it back to the law firm but I came to find out from social security that they failed to submit the appeal and it was past the required time which caused me to lose an entire year of back pay. Communication was a constant issue; I frequently found it difficult to get answers to my questions and often felt like I was given the runaround.
