Very shady dealings. If you have insurance, do not respond to their mail or texts. They are ambulance chasers and will take even the most frivolous of lawsuits. Let your insurance handle it. Do not communicate with them. Typical car accident firm. They'll take anything...

After calling 15 plus law firms it was such a blessing to talk to them. I have 5 firms to choose from, but I am believe these are the right people for me. Give them a call and you will see what I mean. Plus look at there reviews. It doesn’t get much better. I wish I remembered the woman’s name so I could get her the credit she deserves.

In my opinion, the Law Offices of Cohen & Marzban is the number 1 Office for any personal injury lawsuit which an injured Plaintiff could ever be lucky enough to hire to fight their case, and ultimately realize an award or Settlement beyond their highest expectation. While their are too many employees to mention, I can honestly say this Office is tantamount to a fine Swiss watch, working at every junction to maximize the end result Settlement Award. Bob Cohen, will take all your calls and explain in detail the ongoing process as the case progresses. Mike Marzban, is the best litigator and/or negotiator one could ever hope to have. After agreeing to a great Settlement--negotiated by Mr. Marzban--Mike Azizi not only fought like a warrior to get my funds sent from the Insurance Carrier, who seemed to be taking their sweet time, but he also sent a courier to pick up one of the checks rather than waiting for it to be sent via USPS, or Fed-Ex, etc. This cost him money out of pocket, but the point is to show the reader the extent this great Law Office went to for me as their client. Other great employees who helped me with depositions and other technical explanations of the law, were Garan, Laura, and Samar. In addition, Bob Cohen helped me to acquire a pre-settlement advance until the case Settled. I could go on and on and explain so much that took place during my experience while going through the process, all favorable and positive, but I believe Ive conveyed the Professionalism, Respect, Help, Courtesy, and Excellence which I was fortunate to experience after utilizing the Law Offices of Cohen & Marzban, and their entire staff.
