I needed an urgent counseling in area that is supposedly of their expertise. I talked to an agent, filled an application and they gave me contact info of an attorney to help me. I contacted the attorney and did a follow up, never received any callback. Only after my deadline was over, a Cooley agent got back to me by email, informing me that they will NOT take my case! If one thing, you need reliability from a law firm, which Cooley lacks big time! Very unprofessional...

I'm writing from Turkey. We haven't been able to order Tesla's new Y model for about a month. People have started to spend days in front of their computers ordering and chasing inventory. We expect you to make a statement about this. When will the deliveries be and when can we order?

This organization somehow got involved in my case via Sword to PlowShares located in San Francisco without my knowledge or consent to transfer my case to this organization. Nevertheless, they have been equally ineffective. One of the reps working on my case for which I had to email, call, and eventually send a message through the company website to get an acknowledgment on my case. If you're a Veteran...avoid this place like the plague. If I could give no stars I would. #scam #unprofessional #veteransmatter
