I filed for bk in May 2024, and it was discharged in August 2024. The process was seamless and I was well informed throughout everything. Recently a creditor popped up about a debt from 2023, and after calling countless lawyers looking for help I thought I’d reach back out to the Cutler firm. I didn’t think they’d be able to help because I didn’t do my research and thought since bk was closed I would have to re open the case. I sent all the info I had to Stuart and 3 days later the debt was cleared up and papers send to the creditor to inform them of the bankruptcy. Hands down the best decision I made to go with this company for help with my finances. I now have a chance at a good future with their help. Thanks to the whole team! If I ever run into debt or financial issues, I know they will assist.

I was so nervous to stop the bankruptcy process. When I sent an information form to Cutler and Associates everything fell into place. Stuart reached out to set up a phone call to discuss my options. I didn't know the questions to ask, but he of course did. We went with a Chapter 7. They walked me through every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was next, they always let me know. When I asked a question it was answered instantly. They explained all of my options and what would work best for me. They were able to offer me a payment plan that really works for me. I just had a zoom call for the discharge and Chanelle walked me through what to expect. She prepared me so I would know what to expect. I would highly recommend Cutler and Associates.
