Greetings Mr Brooks and your Amazing Team! I pray all is well with you and your beautiful family. I am know to be a calm, patient and a fair person. Also, I normally don’t take the pleasure to write or comment on certain establishments, products, Customer Service un-etiquette demeanor or simply complain, but when you have been waiting since 2017 (8 1/2 years) for a response or a follow up on your case, you leave messages for a call back to no avail, it is quite disheartening to say the least. I was HIGHLY recommended to hire your firm to represent my case against the Boston Scientific. My first contact person in 2017 was Briana Solomon and thereafter, different case managers took over my case: Solomon, Ty, Funmi, and now Guísela Perez. Two months ago, I left 2 messages for Ms Perez ( if she’s still employed )and I have not received a courtesy call back, nor have I received an update on my case since January 30th ( 11 months). I spoke once with Jennifer Domer back in 2023, she was kind, gracious, and attentive to my concerns. I know she’s working hard to settle this case.
