My accident was in February 2025. THEY called me. There has been zero communication, I can't get anyone to call me back or tell me anything. They keep saying the caseworker or the attorney will call back, nothing. No calls or texts or emails. It's been 8 months of ZERO COMMUNICATION. I just called another law firm and they said there may not be any way to recover anything from the accident, so I assume that would be WHY. That should have been communicated, instead they kept saying "he's giving them one more chance to settle outside of court" for a good five months at least, instead of telling me what was going on, or actually filing the lawsuit. I'm very unhappy, I lost my car, got hurt, had to deal with months of "why is your rent late" and owing my parents 3k now on a loan for a Toyota. All for an accident that wasn't my fault and happened on my birthday. I repeat, ZERO COMMUNICATION. This is extremely confusing since all the other reviews are great. I shouldn't take it personally, I know, but my feelings are HURT.

My experience with Dan Crane's office was great after my accident I had to go to therapy which wasn't a dragged-out process at all. Every case is different but for me, within 6 months I was compensated for my pain and injuries.

I’m working with this law firm, and it’s taking awhile but the adjuster over my case is low balling me. But Dan assured me that he has my back all the way. An old lady ran the stop sign and ran straight into me and my son, the insurance company got my vehicle fixed with no problems but they don’t won’t to pay for our pain and suffering. Dan is working to get me what I deserve.
