Attorney from this law firm Joe Gugino showed up on hearing in which my association attorney was asking court to charge me, the homeowner, for all the fees he accumulated. I went to court as our association clearly misrepresented the law and as for over 18 months I've been trying to get access to our association documents, which they refused to share. Association attorney, Thomas A Marino from Law Offices of Wells | Olah | Cochran P.A., used all dirty tricks, filed a motion and refused to schedule a hearing, brought witness without informing me, wrote responses as if he represents the plaintiff which he didn't and even went as far as to refusing to settle the case when he had the opportunity, just so he can keep charging more fees. Joe Gugino supported all this and at hearing supported Thomas A Marinos arguments in order to charge me as a homeowner. Keep in mind, Thomas Marino has seen all the evidence that association misrepresented the law and refused to share the documents, and I'm sure Joe Gugino could see them. But they did not care, they were there to inflate the fees and go after the homeowner who wanted to get association to respect the law. It's unbelievable the lack of morality and lack of respect for the law I have seen from the two of them. People like this should not be representing the law. Today, I am still unable to get our association to share association documents which law requires them to do, all thanks to people like Joe Gugino and Thomas A Marino from Law Offices of Wells | Olah | Cochran P.A.

Overcharging associations!! Get quoted one price get a different price when it was done over $4,000 above what was quoted. This firm has real become all about the billing hours since Mark Hanson has retired. Disappointing.
