I contacted Dana to execute and file a real estate document with the county clerks office. He was very knowledgible, efficient and overall very helpful. I would highly recommend.
I was in such a stressful tenant–landlord situation and was honestly ready to give up, but Mr. Anderson told me to be patient and he was right! Everything worked out better than I ever expected. He was very kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. His fees were super fair too, which helped so much during a tough time. If you’re dealing with a tenant-landlord issue I recommend him 100000000%. I am SO SO happy with my outcome and it really made my year.
Mr. Anderson did an exceptional job for an issue we had with a breach of contract. He was easy to talk to, listened to our concerns and provided several options for resolution. He took a very fair and methodical approach and provided a resolution that was acceptable to all parties.
