Words can’t describe how thankful I am that I decided to go with Carolyn Layfield to handle my workmans comp issues. She made my nightmare of a situation so much easier to bear. Carolyn always made herself available to answer questions and ensure that I understood what was happening and what my options were in any situation. She made sure I got moved to better doctors who actually wanted to help me (and they did). Carolyn always fought for me and made sure my rights weren’t being violated. She also wouldn’t beat around the bush when the insurance company would do something shitty, however she also explained how it wasn’t illegal for them to do what they were doing and why. This is so important because the system is built to take advantage of the injured party’s ignorance and lack of will to fight through all the BS. Being in the workmen’s comp system is an absolute nightmare and I had only wished I had sought legal counsel sooner! I don’t know where to start but i was helped with the most care from the beginning to the end of my work comp case this law firm really exceeded my expectations Carolyn layfield was very helpful always took my calls and got back to me as soon as she could I was never waiting by the phone or having to call multiple times to get to her she explained every step of the way what we would be doing so I never was left unsure of what was going on she was very informative , this law firm is good at what they do they will guide you the right way and do the most they can for you this is the place to go to weather it be for a work injury or car accident I have multiple family members and friends who unfortunately have needed representation for injuries and they love this law firm as I do, don’t think twice if you need representation this is the place to go!
