What reviewers consistently praise: clear next steps, care for the whole situation, and communication and updates. These themes surfaced across dozens of reviews when CrashStory analyzed sentiment and case-experience dimensions on this firm's Google reviews. Compare these against any other firm you're considering — most attorneys have only two or three themes reviewers consistently return to.
How we compiled this: CrashStory aggregates public Google reviews, Colorado crash records from CDOT and local agencies, and firm-provided profile data. We do not endorse any firm. Review intelligence scores are derived from automated sentiment and theme analysis of public reviews — treat them as one signal among many, not a verdict.

I am honestly so shocked to see any negative reviews here. Losing a loved one is extremely difficult for lack of a better word. This time comes with a rollercoaster of emotions from grief to anger and can happen all within the same minute. Managing the estate of a loved one while grieving is a heavy, multi-layered burden that often leads to emotional exhaustion and decision fatigue. This can cloud our judgement and our expectations of others and what their responsibilities to us may actually be, and because of this we often mistreat others expecting a pass because we are hurting. However WE are ALL going through something... Losing my best friend has been incredibly difficult, but I am so thankful she had the wisdom and foresight to put a trust in place with Ryan Darling. Knowing she worked with someone so professional and knowledgeable brought comfort during a painful time. Ryan’s continued guidance is currently helping a complicated process feel manageable, and it is clear that my friends estate is in excellent hands. Ryan is knowledgeable, thorough, and always responsive. Even moments ago I sent at text with a quick question, even after hours he took the time to respond to entitled me. From the beginning he took the time to explain things clearly, made sure nothing was overlooked, even through the revisions and handled every detail with respect and professionalism. It’s obvious that he truly cares about his clients and the people they leave behind. Thanks to Ryan’s expertise and guidance, the trust process continues to go smoothly and remains organized, as he guides us through. This has brought a great deal of peace of mind at a time when we need it most. I am deeply thankful for him and his work and would highly recommend Ryan and the Darling Law Offices to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely caring trust attorney.

Ryan was consistently unprofessional. He spoke poorly about my deceased mother and criticized her estate. He refused to allow me to file a police report after the executor failed to pay the electricity and the house was broken into. He made false promises regarding my brother serving as executor, which were not honored. He also attached another client’s name and estate accounting details to a document I was asked to sign. An awful experience

Even though my parents died several years ago, the bad experience I had with trying to get information about my parents’s trust, including even who was the successor trustee, has not abated my distaste and distrust of the Darling law firm. Whenever I called with questions, I was just “shined on” and discounted entirely. Totally dishonorable IMHO.

Wow just unbelievable my mother has had questions about her Trust and wants to make changes...Wanting to make a appointment to come in..Was told that someone would call to have her trust in front of her and her questions ready..She is in her 80s and gets confused sometimes..And so if the legal assistant cant answer her questions then she will be given a appointment to come in...Screening a clients concerns before allowing a in person sit down ..She pays a good amount of money for services why cant she come in by making a appointment..Was told over the phone that's just the way it is was a rather abrupt and very disheartening phone call rather unprofessional....

My husband had his trust done here long time ago, and we had made some changes to our personal trust. Long story short as I read these reviews, I was yelled at and hung up on several times by the lady which I believe is the mother. It was a horrible experience. It had me so shaken I could not believe any company would yell at you and hang up on you, we have we have our business elsewhere. I cannot do business with a company who does not treat people with respect and kindness.

I had a wonderful time in 1997 setting up my Trust with Scott and have recomended them several times, but no longer. We Just left after amending a trust which took months and simple mistakes were made like the original date of the trust was 1997 and changes they made stated it was 2997; which my bank pointed out to me, when giving them my certification papers. Wow what a simple mistake to make. ok I could overlook that. Then after further review all the phone #s were wrong for 4 people mentioned in the trust on every page they needed to be. Then I found the change of giving my children 100% of control on the date of our death was never made it still stated the %'s released up to age 35 when they get full control. We clearly put that instruction on the worksheet they gave us. I had high hopes that it would go smoothly, but have not been more disappointed in a local business in 62 years on this earth. Caveat Emptor 1000x! Oh by the way as we were being escourted out we were given a attorney client termination letter. I guess the lesson is don't complain about the mistakes we make.I said I will be posting my reviews and then Ryan threatened to sue us if we gave bad reviews. Then he said we will see who has deeper pockets! My life can be summed up like this. I HATE BULLYS! DONT YOU?
