Being from LA, and his location in Moreno Valley, he gave me a list of things to provide before I came in, so I only had to come in once. You will need to take 2 online tests, not too difficult, pay for the cheapest one. He allowed postage mail, if coming in was difficult. We came in 2 hours early on the in person appointment and he still took us in immediately. For court, it is over phone, way easier than video. I was super scared, until I listened to case and case before me, and realized I was fine. The info he needed from me took a few days to gather. I would def use him again. His pricing is great.
