My experience with David Oliver & Associates was really good. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, good communication, and fast to reply. With only a couple months until my appeal hearing. I contacted them and we got to work right away. The hearing went through smoothly and I felt like I was in good hands.
I got denied twice for SSDI. Hired David and went to court. After 2 years of waiting, David got me approved within only 15 minutes during my hearing with the judge. His attention to detail is unmatched and he made me feel heard and secure during the process. I would recommend David to anyone looking to get approved for the benefits they deserve.

I have been dealing with disability lawyers for near 5 years now. I never even spoke to my original lawyer and who I was appointed changed so many times I couldn't tell you who they were. After the first denial they had given me the terrible advice of not appealing and didn't explain what that meant. I was recommended David Oliver after my previous lawyer (from the same place) dropped me right before my hearing. The judge was gracious enough to give me an extension to find a new lawyer. Thank GOD I found Mr Oliver. From day one he was realistic, informative, helpful, and concise. He helped me understand what to expect, and the expectations from me while minimizing what I needed to do. He kept in touch the whole way, I appreciate his thoughtfulness and work. Even if we hadn't won (which we did!) I still would have given him a glowing review. I highly recommend hiring Mr Oliver.
