David V. Luu is not only knowledgeable and conscientious, he has INTEGRITY. He listens well and asks questions to make sure he understands the problem and that you understand his suggested solutions. He keeps you apprised of what he will be doing and what the results were from that action. Clarity, honesty, and understanding are not just words to him they are part of his make-up. He could borrow from the "Allstate" commercials: "YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS!"
