When our home was destroyed in a massive flood in the region, our insurance company offered us $5,000 to rebuild. Dawson & Rosenthal took them to court and a jury awarded us $18 million. We worked primarily with Aaron Dawson, one of the most brilliant legal minds of his generation. It seemed like David vs. Goliath, with Aaron Dawson and his colleague fighting against the big insurance company, their jury consultants and their large team of attorneys. By the end of trial, however, I almost felt sorry for Goliath! Watching Aaron Dawson destroy their arguments and expose their half-truths made me feel both heard and vindicated. When we won, I felt great relief knowing that Aaron didn’t let the insurance company get away with what they had done to me. This was an incredibly stressful situation, but Aaron’s kindness made me feel secure and his masterful handling of the case let me know that I was in good hands.

Steve Dawson & Anita Rosenthal did an amazing job represting my family in a bad faith insurance claim. They worked very hard to achieve a fantastic result. They explained every step of the process and made sure we were comfortable with depositions & mediation. We choose to take the settlement due to family hardship, it was easier .
