I don't think anyone is happy to have to work with a lawyer as, usually, there's a reason why you have to hire them in the first place ... but, in this instance, I can truly say that working with Jack was a true pleasure. As I live overseas and had a relatively drawn-out procedure, my fear was that I would be disconnected and have to proactively push for information and/or progress.
