I approached this attorney about a very serious miscarriage of justice and they assured me they would look at the facts of the case and let us know if they could help. I sent documents over a month ago and when I checked in, I was told that they didn’t have the time to even look at the documents. Mind you I had to call and check. The situation is life and death and Dean Johnson treated this as if it was just not important. I hope me and the defendant being black had nothing to do with it, but nowadays, you never know. The level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and extremely disappointing, And usually characteristic of a racial or some other kind of unacceptable bias. Valuable time was wasted, considering Dean Johnson as an option, when he had no intention on considering us. Despite his reputation, You will not be treated with respect if he perceives you was not being able to pay or he values you less than other potential cases for whatever reasons. I would’ve paid whatever necessary to make sure justice was done in this case. Extremely disappointed and cannot recommend.

I would like to commend Attorney Dean Johnson for his A+ legal services. He recently achieved the unthinkable—through his expert defense, he got the CA DMV to dismiss a .20+ BAC DUI for me. My full license was reinstated with no record and all fees with the DMV were waived. I could not have hoped for a more favorable outcome. He won our case!  Dean represented me in a civil harassment case with my lunatic neighbor.  When I was served with a temporary restraining order, I knew I needed legal representation.  I heard about Dean through a friend.  I immediately called him and had an appointment within days.  I knew from our first meeting, I wanted to hire him.  He’s sharp!  A great listener, professional, and organized. On our court date, Dean proved to be everything we needed to win!  Our opponent was an aggressive bully and in court his behavior was no different.  Dean had no problem putting him in his place.  Our hearing was exciting and shocking.  After our opponent saw Dean's hearing brief, the bully stormed out of the court room and fled the building. It was a classic hilarious moment!  Our troubles were over.  The temporary restraining order against me was dismissed.  In addition, the judge ruled in our favor by ordering a 3 year restraining order against our neighbor.  The bonus to it all…our neighbor was ordered to pay a portion of our legal fees.  We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome!  Dean totally exceeded our expectations.  Thanks to him, we had a few great chuckles and can sleep a little better at night.
