I'm really frustrated. I have very little information about my case; they're not keeping me updated on what's happening or what they're waiting for. I've already spoken to three different people (it seems like they keep changing the lawyers assigned to the case). They're supposedly still working on it, and I'm frustrated because I thought it would be better to have a lawyer than to be dealing with the car insurance company. They changed my lawyer, and now they're helping me, but I'm still dealing with the case. The accident happened in the middle of last year, but now they're actually helping me. They explained why it's taking so long, and I hope this ends soon with good news.
