Rep provided fantastic legal counsel and Gloria Centonze was my parents’ advocate providing a level of attention to their care that makes me tear up as I reflect on it. The initial response from April was rigid, transactional, and dismissive, prioritizing process and payment over basic engagement, discretion, or fit. At the inquiry stage, that tone alone was sufficient to remove the firm from consideration. As a result, not only my parents, but our entire extended family of 25 — including siblings, spouses, and adult children who are actively seeking similar services — will be pursuing counsel elsewhere. Estate planning decisions are often made collectively and with an eye toward long-term relationships. First impressions matter. This one fell short.

wow not sure where to start the personal way i was treated by Monica thru my cases, to stay in touch and keep me in the loop of all issues and spend time to completely explain the way forward pray i never have another accident but no doubt who i will call if i do
