DTL was a great positive experience. My Only Regret, is that I did not sign up with this firm initially for my personal injury case for 12/28/2022. My service, has been exceptional since March 2025 through Feb 2026. Their level of customer service & expertise is excellent. On Top of That, they have great attention to detail as Veteran with USAF this means a lot. However, DTL does a diligent job taking on older P.I. Cases. I believe, it’s the firm customer service, due diligence & fast acting communication. Not only was I an valued customer, they helped advocate with me. I had to struggle/sit 3 years for my car accident settlement with representation with Orlando, Fl Kanner & Pintaluga Law Firm (ABSOLUTE TRASH SERVICE). Had DTL, not stepped in, I’m not sure where I would be. Never giver Up but Always advocate for yourself man & Do Not Let Up. This Firm & Staff was great. Special Thanks & Gratitude to Steve Jones. This place was a worse nightmare never use them i have built up so many medicals bills by this place sending me 20 other place for no reason i have went thru the up most worse with the lawfirm from them not calling drs to them making me go to different drs just to build up a medical case this office is full of scams i removed them off my case they got mad and put a huge lien for 11k which they will never get because they did not on my case but build me up to 30k in medical bills now and I dont know how i will pay also they made it way harder for another lawyer to even want to work on my case i fell and messed up my hand in kfc and i get nothing for it all because of this law fIRM DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL LOAN YOU MONEY TO KEEP YOU THERE BUT YOU ARE ONLY BUILDING A CASE ON YOURSELF THEY LOAN YOU MONEY IN THE BEGINNING OF THE CASE THATS A HUGE NO !

The lead attorney, "Andrew Odza", was intentionally not accessible or available for communication once the case results did not meet expectations. I found him to be somewhat standoffish, disingenuous, and after my case did not turn out as hoped, he dismissively moved on to other files. The service provided was very inconsistent, and the overall you will feel discarded. The level of service significantly decreased after the initial stages of the case. The lead attorney, Andrew Odza, was not very accessible or available for strategy, or communication once the case results did not meet expectations. I found him to be somewhat disingenuous, and after my case did not turn out as hoped, he moved on to other files. The service provided was inconsistent, and the overall experience did not meet my expectations. When we finally received a marginal settlement, it took approximately 6 weeks to complete all the necessary settlement paperwork, which required signing repetitive disclaimers multiple times. Their closing department is highly disorganized with no supervision or accountability until I asserted my displeasure. At this point, I cannot recommend nor not recommend this firm, please note at the onset attentive service changed considerably and the circumstances and case outcome were not financially advantageous for all parties involved thus their commitment to you as their client became conditional.
