Tried to use this agency for a will. First issue is they kept calling and saying the attorney was called in to emergency hearings and needed to reschedule. Later found out they were taking family leave but thought it wouldn't be received well so decided to lie. Then they sent the will draft with all that private info to a strangers email. And they had really basic info wrong like the home address. They've been apologetic after each mistake but overall it was not a good experience and I'll end up paying to have the will re-done by another agency as, after so many problems, I've lost trust that that parts I don't understand are without issue.

I have a case that is approximately a year old. I have talked to my lawyer into a trial. Although my conference for my trial is in 5 days my lawyer does not know any information about the case including the fact that the police officer did not pull me over and the fact that no one saw me drive. Let alone the fact that the first officer had told me to drive home twice. I have maybe got to talk to her for approximately 15 minutes of which 10 of it was just making sure that she had her facts right
