Very disappointed with this law firm . I was in a bike accident that left me with severe brain damage. Never went to court, was forced in to taken a small settlement that took over 6 years to get . My lawyer took 40% more than the 33 % that the law states a lawyer should get, that left me with under 2.000$ while my lawyer got 10.000. Now I have Brain damage for the rest of my life. I can never work again , my doctor has informed me that my life span as a result of my brain injury will be shortened significantly, and under 2.000$ is what I received as a settlement. There was a lot of things my lawyer could have done to get me more money ,like only take 33% which the law states a lawyer should get, could have fought harder in court , but my case never went to court, could have fought harder with my insurance to not let then take 8.000% from my settlement , I don't what my lawyer did to help me in my case, because getting a hold of him on the phone was near impossible, when I did speak with him all I got was a lot of B.S. and he said he would call me back in a few days with answers, but months would go by with no call back. My lawyer was Sam Solameny at DeWitt, Algorri, & Algorii , Thanks for nothing. ......... O I see , Sam has something to say about my review, lies and lies , Sam do you ever tell the truth? A NO.

My case went to trial recently and I am beyond happy with the results. Patrick and Sam represented me in a jury trial and I was ruled in favor for over 10 million dollars. After I was in a motorcycle vs. car crash I didn’t know what to do. I felt like I was lost and I was doing everything I could on my own to no avail. But ever since DAA law started helping me through this situation, I have felt an incredible weight lifted off of my shoulders.. and my families shoulders. The work they do at DAA is nothing short of amazing. I would suggest them to ANYONE who's gone through a motor vehicle incident and has had some sort of personal injury.
