I had a great experience with them. They helped me with 2 quit claim deeds and the process was smooth and professional. Very communicative, responsive and fast.

hired them to do a lot line elimination and absolutely nothing was done, they produced no results, was charged the entire $6500 retainer with invoices of them "discussing and consulting" but they produced no results, no deliverables, submitted no application with the city, complete waste of my time and $6500, often no responses to emails and often never answer their phone. Worked with someone named Eric, who told me he has too much on his plate, if this was something they didn't have enough bandwidth to work on, they should have not taken on my project or at least let me know they are backed up with other work. The worst part was they came back to me and said the $6500 retainer has been used up and that they need more retainer to keep working on my file, while at the same time telling me they have zero results and deliverables. I'm just socked. Please beware, I feel scammed.

Completely ignores e-mails, even after several days during the week. I would not recommend.

But here's the advice for people like me who never work with a lawyer before, you have to remember you have your best interest, others don't have your best interest. For legal advice, carefully listen, then make your own decision. I'd summarize this experience as a trip, I have a destination, and they're good car to take me there. I first spoke with their receptionist who was very friendly and thorough in obtaining information from me, she then connected me to Mr. Rob Dickson.
