From the start, Steve was extremely attentive and always available to answer all questions and concerns as they arose. Even while he was out of the country, he took the time to address my questions. Steve with his expertise in Real Estate Law was able to negotiate down the existing landscape & pool loans resulting in increased proceeds in my pocket. It was amazing working with Steve. The entire process was seamless, I’m truly grateful. I will continue to refer him to friends and family. My fiancé and I recently worked with Stephen Doan, who served as both our realtor and mortgage broker, and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. We were first time homebuyers and didn’t have much knowledge on the do’s and don’t’s of the home buying process. Stephen was patient with us and ensured we felt comfortable throughout the process. We could reach out to Stephen at any time with questions for the sellers, and he would advise us/ask the sellers agent for whatever we wanted answers to. Having him jointly work with us as our agent and mortgage broker ensured a smooth process with very little turnaround time with communication, and we couldn’t have been happier! We had a mechanics lien on our house. We called several attorneys and they all said it would cost $2,000 - $3,000 to have it removed, or maybe more. Stephen removed it for $500. He was also the nicest one we called. I highly recommend him.

He came to my house and explained all my questions and was very patient with me. There were some hiccups in the sale of my house and he gave me assurance every step of the way that everything was going to be OK. He had all the answers to my questions and was extremely kind and Understanding when I sometimes became nervous. I took comfort in the fact that he was extremely knowledgeable in dealings with selling houses. He also had a lot of contacts with other people to get things done. Stephen, successfully was able to get my loan modified and the final docs came through from the lender. Stephen was wonderful to work with and managed things calmly and professionally all the while making me feel safe and in good hands. He negotiated a modification that I can live with and will put me on a better financial foundation going forward. First I'd like to say that this review is about three months overdue! My husband and I had the great pleasure of working with Steve Doan for the past three years on the sale of our home. My husband and I were faced with very difficult decisions in regards to whether or not to sale our home, but Steve was very patient and understanding and walked us through every step of the grueling process of making the right decisions for us! He made sure that he did what was best for us and to ensure the best outcome for us. He is very kind, caring, honest and genuine. He never kept us in the dark about any of the process of selling our home of 28 years. There were many details in the process of the sale of our home, that I feel confident that if we had used another real estate attorney the outcome would not have been a very pleasant one, but with Steve’s integrity those thoughts never entered our minds. I recently completed a refinance of my home with Steve Doan. Working side by side figuratively with him and his team was the best experience I ever had!
