Called this office to see if they could handle our case only to have the lady who answered the phone simply hang up without understanding the reason behind my call. Here's how our phone call went: Me: Hi, I was wondering if you guys could take on our case? Her: no we don't do that Me: what it is that they don't do? Her: we don't offer free consultations Me: What are your practice areas? At which point she hung up the phone. I guess they are just too busy they don't even have the time to to have a decent conversation with a potential client.
