This “lawyer” is why people make jokes about lawyers.
as a public defender this man is awful and treats you like dirt. You have to pay him to be nice enough to listen to you. I would not recommend this man at all. He will make sure he tell's you that has been doing this 45 years, but will not work for you. Horrible attitude towards the ones that can not afford an attorney.
As a public defender this guy will not do the work and will sell you down stream to make any deal so that he does not have to do the work. Condescending if you do not agree with him. Scare tactics to get you take the deal. Would not trust him for anything. For example. He said this is the best deal you will ever get. When I rejected DAs offer, the deal immediately got better. The guy is a bum. Dresses like a street person for court. Just a loser.
