Horrible service!! They NEVER return your calls and never give you an update. There's always new people working, and no one knows what's going on! Worse customer service ever! I should have believed all the previous reviews! Do not come here for a Limon Law Case.

Several times, I arrived at the Dr. Office and my approval or referral were never sent over by the law firm. I would arrive at the Dr. Office and they would tell me they cant see me because they didnt have my paper work. I became their secretary as I had to call numerous times for my referrals, making sure the Dr. Office received the forms from the law firm. I wonder why every time a new employee answered the phone and my case manager changed several times. It seems employees dont last. Case managers never call back. Low score is only for the front office, and case manager.. litigation team was ok.

The other reviews talked about the lack of communiction, and I agreed. However my review is more about a particular lawyer, she was the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with, I had hired lawyers for other situatiations, and I have gone againts them in court, so I know what I am talking about. LILI MARTIN was not only unproffesional but unprepared, blamed me for loosing the case, harrasing me via text, If she comes near your case as she said in one of her text to me "take it and run"

Don't go to this place. They are layers, no lawyer's I did my case lemon law with them. They promise me. a compensation i didn't get anything compensation. Suppose I will get all my money pay back. I didn't receive my down payment $ 4000. Be careful what you signed. I signed my contract by online in my phone. Corona virus Covid. I can't read what I was signed. Otherwise. I filing putting in force to signed the final process. to can collect my payment for 3 years. This part ether no complete portion. Be careful.
